I appreciate all the help that you have given me in the past couple years. Your workmanship was what was needed to fix my computer problems and all the suggestions you have given me have helped tremendously. New Years is the time of year when new viruses are rampant. I returned to the office after winding down the festive season. Without thinking, I turned on my computer and went to check my email since there would be messages waiting after being away. You guessed it, I forgot to run the anti-virus update first and was in a real virus mess. As we know, taking your computer out of the office can be quite an inconvenience; so I called Ken for his assistance and he was very prompt in getting us back in business. Ken has helped us out on many occasions and has proven to conduct himself professionally and in a very timely fashion; which, when you are trying to run a business is of utmost importance. I highly recommend Wallins Web Works to anyone who "believes in low prices and excellent service"

My computer was a complete bucket of bolts, nothing worked and always acting up. I thought it was ready for the junk heap. I phoned around for prices on memory in hopes it would fix some of my computer problems. Ken's prices were the most reasonable by far. And, without even seeing my computer, Ken told me he could likely get my computer up to speed with more memory and some "tweaking and cleaning." I was sceptical, but when I got my computer back he had done SO much more!! My computer is like a brand new machine, EVERYTHING works, and works extremely well! I received far more for much less cost than I would have imagined, and I am an extremely satisfied customer. He was also very patient with my computer "illiteracy", and he did not take advantage of it. As Ken promised, his prices were very reasonable and his service is professional, courteous, and fast.
